About Us

The Westchester Haitian Collective is a grassroots initiative designed to connect Haitian immigrants and their families with culturally competent, language-accessible services across Westchester County. Founded in 2024, the Collective emerged in response to widespread language barriers, service fragmentation, and cultural gaps that left too many Haitian families underserved.

We partner with local nonprofits, churches, and social service providers to ensure that Haitian Creole speakers receive equitable access to legal aid, housing, healthcare, education, and emergency support. Our network is built on trust, dignity, and a deep understanding of the Haitian experience—from immigration trauma to faith and family values.

Whether you’re looking for TPS renewal help, housing navigation, or a Creole-speaking therapist, the Westchester Haitian Collective is here to guide you every step of the way.

Rezo nou an baze sou konfyans, diyite, ak yon bon konpreyansyon sou eksperyans pèp Ayisyen an — sòti nan chòk imigrasyon rive nan lafwa ak valè fanmi.
